The Tidmarsh team would like to take this time to thank our fantastic customers and clients for your ongoing support and trust during these unprecedented times. We hope that you’re all keeping as safe and healthy as possible, and our thoughts are with everyone who has been badly affected by this terrible pandemic.

As the latest government lockdown has begun, we would like to assure all of our customers and clients that we are open for business as usual, and remain available for quotations and advice for our wide range of bespoke blinds and lighting systems. We are able to continue our bespoke blinds fabrication and manufacture, but we may be limited in regards to availability of our suppliers, and therefore our services may take a little longer than usual. If this is the case with your custom order, we will keep you fully updated on availability and timelines. We are dedicated to continuing to provide our high standard of service, whilst making sure it’s absolutely safe to do so.

As tradespeople, we will continue to be able to enter your home in order to provide installation services, whilst wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and wiping down all touch point surfaces. In order to protect our team and our customers, we do ask that if anyone in your home is self-isolating or showing any symptoms, that you notify us in advance – we are more than happy to reschedule to keep everyone safe and well.

In line with government guidance, we are continually reviewing our policies and process. The health and safety of our team and our customers is of the utmost importance to us, and in the event that further government restrictions are put into place, we will keep you fully up to date.
