With more than 70 million users, it’s one of the most used Social Media platforms and home design is one of the most popular topics across users’ pins. More than a huge 5 million home décor pins are pinned every single day! By using Pinterest to collate your ideas and inspirations, you can really visualise what it is that you want from your rooms. There’s also a trove of DIY and Home Hacks pins that will help you truly create your dream home! Make sure to come follow us over there!
We are still fairly new to using Houzz, but so far we are huge fans. Similar to Pinterest, users can create mood boards to collate your favourite design ideas, of which there are more than 17 million on the site! However with Houzz you can actually find local professionals, from interior designers right through to cabinet makers, that can help you create your dream home. Houzz also offers the opportunity to shop for home products and items that have been curated by their professional team right from the site. One of our favourite features of the site is the Houzz forum, which allows home owners and professionals to ask questions and offer advice. An all round trove of inspiration and helpful articles, Houzz is a great website for home design ideas and trends. Be sure to add us while you’re over there!

We follow a huge number of Interior and Home Design blogs, and use the free tool Feedly to keep track. Feedly is a smart reader that keeps track of RSS feeds for you, collectedly them all in one place for easy digesting. It’s available as a desktop site, and as iOS and Android apps so you can keep up with news on the go.
